After waiting two weeks after the promised delivery time I contacted the seller. No response. Again I contacted them, no response. A simple email telling me what the problem was would have sufficed.
I must say Amazon was quite good about the refund.

Great product. Ordered 6-bottles and only received five. Called Customer Service and they were quite apoligetic and offered to send me an extra bottle for the inconvenience.

This is obviously a personal preference, but to me, taking this liquid every morning is truly gross. I haven’t read the other reviews extensively, but suspect they contain tips for alleviating the taste. Also I am aware of the lemon flavor. That said, I have a hard time imagining making swallowing this every morning any less than unpleasant.
I will be switching back to the capsules.
