the chia seed arrived well packed and in good condition. my only complaint is that you advertised it under a different seller than was delivered. i had at one time purchased it from the raw food company which you had advertised this as but it came from a different seller. i knew i had gotten good results with the raw food chia company . i have no idea how this one will compare. my complaint is with amazon not the product, for advetising the wrong seller with the product.

I have ordered 30 pounds so far and turned my friends on to this product to. I drink 3 ounces in 2 cups of water 1/2 tray of ice and 1 1/2 cups of plain kefir and 8 strawberries and brewers yeast. Keeps me full most of the day. Add a banana to help get rid of the debittered brewers yeast, which still has a too strong taste to it.

It is going on 2 years now that people have been posting complaints about the poor seals on the bag this product comes in and how they receive product with chia seeds having leaked out of the bag and into the packaging. I’m here to report that this has still not been corrected. My order arrived today with about a coffee mug full of chia seeds dispersed throughout all of my items (who knows how many left the box on the way to my home)!

I tried chia seeds expecting nothing to come of it. Reading about them, they seemed too good to be true. Boy, was I ever proved wrong! I add 1-2 Tbs to a large glass of water each morning, let them sit for at least 15 minutes, drink them and then go on with my day. I may do a second dose if I’m spending the bulk of the day in the sun and heat.
It did take some time to get used to the texture, and as a person with many texture issues when it comes to food/beverages (seriously, I’m the only person I know who gags at a bite of mashed potatoes) it didn’t take me that long to power through and learn how to gulp them down without hardly noticing they were there. I prefer to take them this way for the convenience factor and to prevent them from getting stuck in my teeth.
I get easily dehydrated and can tell at once when I am, and these have virtually eliminated that from happening. I also suffer from a lot of digestive issues whose symptoms haven’t even been noticeable since I started incorporating chia into my diet a few months ago. I’m not sure if they energize me any more than normal, but I’m not going to question or doubt anyone who says they do.
I also want to add that this seller has apparently taken some of the complaints about these being shipped in an envelope to heart, because mine arrived safely packaged in a box. I’m getting ready to order my second 5lb order, and couldn’t be more excited! It’s insane how much they want for these in the local health food store. I’d pay it now that I’m hooked, but I’m glad I don’t have to!
