whats up i use on’s protien so i decided to give the creatine a chance and it did nothing for my pumps and energy was minimal i think before you trie this you should try gaspari size on or bsn no explode but thats just me

One thing a lot of folks don’t seem to realize is that you don’t need a complicated, expensive product to take advantage of the wonders of Creatine. I’m bought this to help me live through the “Insanity” program. Seems to have done its job well.
I like how I can mix this in with a protein shake before workout and not have it change the taste. I previously had a “fruit punch” creatine drink from Walmart and that was a pain – way too sweet and had to drink it separately from my protein shake.
This is also more cost effective because the small-looking bottle has a LOT of servings.

I use this every time before I workout. I have a lot more energy, so I don’t get tired so quickly. It also helps to build muscle. There is a little taste but nothing you couldn’t handle. It’s not a nasty taste or any thing like that, it’s a light taste. Overall it’s a great product!

I’ve gained about a solid 4 pounds of muscle this month from using this stuff, creatine is one of the greatest supplements ever created. If you don’t eat tones of red meat or fish you will gain a lot of muscle with this product, and optimum nutrition has a reputation for outstanding products. About the taste/smell; Why are you smelling creatine? This is what my local gym owner said, take a tablespoon of the stuff, stuff it in your mouth, pour juice into your mouth, chew and swallow. It’s going to suck for 10 seconds but you will be done with it. It’s a supplement, it shouldn’t taste like candy.
