It’s litmus paper. You’re not supposed to eat it! Spit in a spoon and test your saliva. Nothing to drink.

The test strip are more accurate than the plain pH lithium paper strips/tape.
But even after making an inquiry to which I got no answer (You did not explain or show how to rate the “pH composite Readings”)

I found this product very easy to use, and very easy to read the
color chart – one of the best test strips out there. I purchased
this item to use on my dog that I have to moniter her Ph level,
saves trips to the Vet.

simple, easy to use and accurate.
Excellent price and long lasting, should last for
about 90 tests.
